I think that it’s unusual to find a company whose ethos has remained constant while everything else around changes; for the better that is! I have been with RJ Design Associates for five years and I still enjoy not knowing what’s round the corner - what’s going to be thrown at you at a minutes notice. Delivering a brief on time, with a creativity that blows the customer away is what drives me and the rest of my team of 6 designers.

I've been in design for over nine years and the mantra that 'nothing is unachievable' is reflected in the ideas I come up with - so it’s not time to buy the t-shirt just yet!
