For those of you thinking RJDA’s latest brief is a Marvel comic book adaptation, the Fantastic 5 – RJDA style, is more about the continued expansion of RJDA’s creative capabilities as opposed to any cosmically gifted designers!

The appointment of Amy Muddle to the RJDA studio is the 5th such graduate appointment from Derby University in little over 4 years following hot on the heels of fellow 2:1 graduates Matt Underwood, Ross Ballinger, Andy Gilmore and Darren Barrett.

Amy will bring a fresh approach to RJDA’s corporate design capabilities having worked with prestigious blue chip clients such as Vodafone, EON, John Lewis & Anglian Water.

New print production manager for RJ Design

by admin on Dec.08, 2008, under Latest News

New Print Production Manager - Julian Kitchener

Julian Kitchener joins marketing communications agency, RJ Design Associates, as their new Digital Print Production Manager. 2008 has been an extremely successful year for RJDA and as such the company has moved to larger premises and taken on more staff to meet the demands of their business.

Julian is responsible for all print production of the large format equipment including the Seiko Colorpainter 645, the HP Designjet 5500 and the two new HP Designjet Z6100 printers. Julian’s background is firmly set in the large format print industry having started 21 years ago as a trainee on silk-screening and working his way up with the technology to be experienced in all things digital.

Kitchener explains, “I’m thrilled to be working in such a dynamic and creative environment – to be able to focus on one area of the digital production means I can streamline the process to increase production output even more – and its only going to get better once we’re in the new building!”

Rob Walker, Managing Director, says, “Although everyone here has their own unique skills that, pooled together, make RJDA what it is today, the experience Julian brings with him will only enhance the company’s performance.”

The new premise is over three times bigger than their previous building and a direct reflection of the growth of the company over the last year. RJDA now provide complete marketing communication services to some of the UK’s biggest brands.
